Are you having trouble finding your photo? Check out these tips to track it down!
Where is my event gallery?
If you misplaced the URL for your event gallery, you can easily find it using our Event Finder. Simply head over to search.arcivr.com and type in your event, artist, or team’s name. A link to the gallery will pop up in the search results as you type - simply click it and it will take you to your URL.
What if my gallery is empty?
If photos haven’t been uploaded to your gallery just yet, you will see a ‘notify me’ button on your date in the main gallery. Click this.
In all empty galleries, you have the option to sign up to receive an email notification once your photos have been uploaded. Simply fill in your name, email, and click that marketing ‘ok’ checkbox and you’ll receive an email, with a link to the gallery for easy-access, when photos are available for download and when products are ready for customization with your photo!
Registration page:
Once you’re registered, the main page of the gallery will let you know, so if you’re attending more than one of the events, be sure to register for them all!
Spread the knowledge by having everyone in your group register at your date’s page - that way everyone is in the loop once photos are dropped.
I can’t find myself in the lineup.
